Fine Furniture of Sarchi Provided subpar work. Long, long wait times. Waited over a year. Sarchi Guanacaste

I hired this company to correct problems by another company.  Some things went well, but things that need correcting, they have not returned to fix.  I hired them to refinish every cabinet door in the kitchen.  Parts are cracking. One appliance garage door never worked.  It's been 14 months.  After a year, they came to fix it, said they couldn't and were taking it back to the shop.  So now it's been 3 months, and no door.

In December of 2021, I contracted for living room furniture.  After 11 months, it arrived....pinkish!  With terrible stain, that was uneven.  No finish.  Dirty like you would not believe.  Glass insert did not fit properly.  They promised to fix it and bring it back in a week.  It's been 5 weeks.  So after a year, I still don't have living room furniture. 

The worse part is that they lack any consideration for you, your time, and fail to communicate at every turn.  I finally had to call from different numbers to get an answer.  

If you value your sanity.  Stay away.
