F'ing Focus Supplements Refuse to Honor Refund They Agreed To Tampa Florida

Contacted the company (Kali Johnson has been the only contact) when a purchase when through on my card. I didn't realize I signed up for a subscription. This is my fault. I contacted the company to cancel the purchase. The company said the package was already sent. The package, at the time this occurred, had not been given to the post office and wouldn't be sent to the post office for 4 days after my initial contact. The company had ample time to cancel the order and issue a refund. Instead, they held my package at their location and did not send it to the shipper until I contacted them three more times about why my package hadn't been shipped. The package was refused and never left the USPS possession. I sent proof to the company that the package was refused. The company would not respond. I contacted my bank and they processed a chargeback. Two months later, the company submitted false information to my bank and the chargeback was reversed. The company refuses to honor the refund they agreed to. I also have never received my "purchase". The cost was over $130.
