Request a copy of your report and you'll probably see what information they have that's inaccurate. Then, file a formal dispute and provide documentation backing you up. They will then notify you in 30 days of the outcome of your dispute. Do everything in writing and make copies of everything you send them. You should also check your credit reports from the 3 credit reporting agencies, that's where FA gets their info from.
