We also had the worst experience with Five Star. Their contract stated that they would do extensive prep prior to painting our homes exterior. No prep was done! No scraping, sanding or priming like their contract promised. Because of this, less than two years later, our entire home is peeling and chipping. The team that worked on our house had ONE goal…get the job done as quickly as they could! We tried countless times during the process to question their process and were continuously told to wait until the job was completed. By then it was too late. A year later when we noticed problem areas, they sent the crew back to slap some paint right over the chipped areas. Do not use this company!
