This place is the most unprofessional disorganized place ever!! I bought my kids two cars cash from this place. It’s been 30 days now they refuse to send me my titles, or register my cars I PAID FOR  not the dealer. They have sent multiple fed ex packages with the same paper work I already signed to my house claiming it wasn’t signed. I went out of my way a 3rd time to the dealer, which is in another state, to sign the exact paperwork then they fed ex me the day my temp sticker expired. I’ve called multiple times the front fest girl with her attitude refused to get the GM then hung up on me. The guy who registers the plates had me sign everything the first day and said he does it all the time. The finance guy had me sign multiple papers in multiple days cause they kept missing paperwork. NOW I can’t drive the cars, they refuse to give me an extended driving sticker, that they said they would for their mistakes, and the GM won’t get on a phone to handle the issues at his dealer. After you spend over 120k cash you would think they would treat you better! The only people that had it together their was the sales team I dealt with. After that it’s a real mess!!! No one takes the responsibility to get you your plates or title. They send multiple mistakes fed ex to your house claiming it was the wrong papers. AVOID THIS PROBLEM AT ALL COSTS! I own a lot of vehicles and never have I had this problem! I highly recommend you go somewhere else!! It’s not worth it. This was supposed to be an exciting fun experience for my kids and it turned out to be the worst!! And still nothing is resolved and we can’t drive the cars!!
