I bought the subscription to the program of this scammers with access of 6 months to their app and to their website, ( they have different content in both) .

Firstly they have it set so the subscription will renew itself otherwise you cancel it, so if you are not careful they will charge you again from new subscription. I of course canceled he auto renew . Their service is horrible, they have technical problems all the time, and their customer service sucks big time, they don't answer emails half of the time, and don't even bother to sign their emails so you never know who are you talking to. Their app have problems since the beginning, and they had to change it to a new one, the app and their trainerize ( site so you can do workouts from computer) kept failing and logging you out, so you need to keep signing in all the time without being able to do the workout, and they count that as if you did 1 workout.

Fron 1st April to 4th April their site was down without prior notice to clients, so I opened a PayPal dispute.

The guy answer there in a rude and unprofessional way, lying and saying I entered his site 56 times ( which of course I did over the course of 4 months cos his badly set trainerize site and first app kept logging me out, which it was easily seen as it counted as if I had finished 40 minutes workout in 3 minutes lol. Of course they did not show that part to PayPal.

The rude scammer got pissed off as I reported his scam on PayPal, so he blocked my access to their app, trainerize and website on April 4th, scamming me 41 days of access, as I paid to have access till May 15th,, and without giving me any money back.

So they have scam me 41 days of access I paid for, plus 4 prior days of Website access, plus many days that even though I had access, they had technical problems so access was useless.

This page only allow me to upload 1 picture  , but I have pictures if you need to see of my emails complaining I could not enter to their site, a previous email complaining about not being able to use trainerize for app content, and they agreeing it was not working properly.

I want to warn everyone not to spend their money on this scam program which content actually is not even worth it, then content is not organized and super messy as well.

So whoever expect good treatment, good service, respect, and dont want to be scammed, please stay away from this fitness program
