Not licensed, bonded or insured. Will not obtain required permits. Refuses to provide 1099 information. Will not correct obvious errors to any work. Hides short cuts. Charges premium costs for 3d quality work, will lie about materials (MDF when wood or moisture board is required). Does not know how to correctly schedule allied trades.
Will argue and attempt to bully client when errors are identified. Will split crew between jobs and extend work to suit his wants. Demands payment before job is complete.
Dangerous, like to brag about killing in war and things he will do neighbors animals that annoy to intimidate clients when he does not get his way. Raciest. Hates all minorities. Comments on “N word house”
Will not inpect trades work, WILL NOT follow engineer blueprints. Agrues about what is required by code and blueprints.
