In total I have now spent several hours on the phone with Florida Blue. I have spoken with Edwin, Christian, Angel, Jen, just to name a few.  Made a claim in January of 2022.  Received a letter that set information was missing.  Re-submitted the claim digitally and via snail mail.  Was confirmed that the claim was received.  When several months had gone by with no reply, I called.  Was confirmed that the claim was received and being processed and that I would hear back shortly.  Another few months went by nothing.  I called again, was told the same, received and waiting to be processed.  Was also told the claim would be escaladed because it’s been so long.  Their creepy over friendly operators will promise you the world and promise you all will be resolved.  Despite escalation, no reply.  I called again (keep in mind each of these calls usually takes 1-2 hours minimum). Same promises and game "we will call you in a week with an update" "things will be resolved shortly" "this has been escalated".  Again, NOTHING.  Called again and reached a girl named Jen.  Jen was very helpful and said that she would resubmit everything and also go over everything to ensure details were correct again.  Jen sent me the forms, with her on the phone I filled out everything, emailed the forms back to her, Jen confirmed receipt and that all details are correct.  Jen also promised to escalate the claim to a higher department.  Confirmation number given by Jen C-20226664687 Felt confident for a bit, until the big NOTHING AGAIN! I had spoken with Jen in June with a promise of hearing back within 7 days.  By October 20th of 2022 (more than 4 months later), I called again.  Spoke with Angel.  Anel gave full confirmation of everything and told me that the claim is simply sitting and waiting to be processed.  Also, that I would hear from them within a week to have the claim resolved.  Rather than a week later, it’s now February 20 and 4 MONTHS LATER and still NOTHING! It’s been over 1 Year now since the claim was made.  Until now I have spent endless hours on the phone with creeps that promise the world.  And the claim appears to be in a black hole. You can call and be lied to.  But don’t expect the re-imbursement that you are promised through your plan.
