On July 13th Brian Schindler stated he drove by my home and stated $49k was a good price if it was on the water and $59k if it was in good shape. On July 20th, he advised me to put it on Zillow and put my for sale sign up.


The following day he text me and stated if I am really interested in selling to send him pics of my place that had several interested buyers. I advised him it was not ready for showing but I did send him a few pictures as requested with the impression he was going to send them to his interested buyers NOT post them on Zillow to impede my being able to have the opportunity to do so, he was well aware of my intentions to post it myself. 
 
Then, imagine my surprise and disbelief when meeting the first prospect he showed my home to on July 26th,  when she told me that he revealed to her that I would be willing to accept $36k in front of my neighbor. I then called him to tell him I had another offer to try to get out of it because I had not signed anything and told me I should not set myself up for any liability action against me over $1500 should I have decided to back out of the verbal offer I made with him. She is who offered me 37.5k to back out of the verbal deal I had with you.
 
He knew I was in the process of placing a for sale advertisement on Zillow however he took it upon himself to beat me to it and Zillow never released the address for me to post it for myself. This was confirmed by the first prospect who told me about his unethical behavior of telling her my lowest acceptance price, this was confirmed as well by the buyer I did not back out on because I don't crap on people. This further impeded me to be able to handle my own transaction, and he did this knowingly, I suspect out of greed.   
 
I asked him for a breakdown of all the numbers on August 1st but still have not received it to date. Had he done the transaction properly from the beginning, he would have had a seller and buyer who were well-informed on the monetary amounts of the transaction. Neither of us has received this breakdown from him and how his math was calculated. He did a great disservice to his buyer as well. Another point had he done what was transactionally proper, he would have included his prorated rent in the cashier check but instead, I received a personal check from him that bounced, and had to work with him to get the funds paid and ended up with a return check fee and other bank transaction fees that I was left to carry the burden of being further shorted by his incompetence in this transaction. Further, at the last minute, I had to assist his client in turning on his utilities as he had failed to inform him of the charges and fees that need to be paid in order to successfully complete the transaction.  The buyer has still not been well informed of rent, taxes, annual fees, and utility resources.  More incompetence. Do not buy or sell your place with Brian Schidler, he is a swindler that has no business being in business, especially with a Name like Florida Retirement Homes Sales as he is a predator of the elderly and vulnerable.
