Fly Away Valet (Baltimore) Jacobsen Daniels Valet driver damaged my wife's car months ago, and company refusing to pay for damages Baltimore Maryland

On 08/20/2019 , while in the custody of , and being operated by an employee (Ms. Deasia Cottrell)  of Fly Away  Valet (Baltimore) , my vehicle was damaged in an accident that was caused by the same employee of Fly away Valet. The accident was witnessed by a fellow employee named  David Kariuki.

While the management on site ( namely  Devon Parham and See Oyeneyin) totally admitted liability, provided an incident report describing the accident, and indicated that the accepted liability , but as of today 01/14/2020 they have not provided the funds to repair my car.   

Please see attached documentation of the incident and estimate of damage.   They requested an estimate , and I promptly provided one from a reputable bodyshop (Caliber Collision ). From there I just received sporadic messages (4 or 5 times via text from one of the Baltimore Mangers and an occasional email) promising settlement but nothing came of it, thought I persistently requested updated and even visited the Baltimore office.

It has just been frustration. I am concerned that I will never be compensated for these damages.    Why should anyone trust this outfit with their car? Choosing Valet parking, should give the customer a sense of security, service and a reasonable level of assurance that your care will be cared for, not damaged by the custodian and you get stuck with the bill.

I am starting to wonder whether I am being mistreated because I am a woman, or maybe because of my ethnicity, or maybe it it just plain old bad business practices and shoddy customer service. I have already send the this company a demand letter that they have totally ignored. 

I am really sick and tired of  driving around with the ugly dent and gash on my car. I have been very patient with this company. I wonder why the state of Maryland is allowing this thuggery on its property and prized BWI airport. I feel very victimized and powerless. Please help get my car fixed and be restored.
