BEWARE!!! Frank Autuori is a thief. I brought my gold chain in to have the clasp fixed and when I picked it up, it was a totally different chain. He told me I was crazy and that it is what it is. 9 days later I had a brown ring around my neck come to find the chain was fake. Don’t take that chance. After looking at the Palm Beach County Court records, it shows that Frank was being evicted from his business address which he settled with the landlord. It seems quite obvious that he sold my chain to pay the rent and gave me back a fake one that looked quite similar but noticeably different to me.
