A lawsuit is pending against you in Maricopa County Superior Court. The case is Layne Sandridge v. John Does and Jane Does I-X, Case No. CV2023-014207. Layne Sandridge is the Plaintiff. John Does and Jane Does I-X are the Defendants. You are John Doe or Jane Doe. 

On November 1, 2023, a subpoena was issued to Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the owner of ripoffreport.com. The purpose of the subpoena is to discover your true identity. 

The Maricopa County Superior Court is located at 201 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. You may obtain a copy of the Complaint and subpoena from the Maricopa County Superior Court or by submitting a written request to Rose Law Group, pc, at 7144 E. Stetson Dr., Ste 300, Scottsdale, ARizona 85251. Your request shold be specific and reference the case number listed above.

I & #39;m a foster and volunteer with Freedom Brothers and know Layne well. & nbsp; & nbsp;I am also a professional in the mental health field and have concern over the behavior of the person reporting. & nbsp; If you look at the poster he or she calls themselves Freedom Brothers as well and has even pretended in my opinion to be them by posting things as Freedom Brothers spelled differently. & nbsp; & nbsp;

I & #39;ve fostered several dogs for Layne and Freedom Brothers and they were totally professional. & nbsp; & nbsp;LAYNE is one of the best foster supporters I have worked with. My guy is in hospice and she & #39;s been there every step of the way and has made sure he has everything he needs. & nbsp; & nbsp; Her communication is excellent. & nbsp; She is the opposite of a dog abuser and I attended a training session with Robert and he was rewarding not punishing. & nbsp; They don & #39;t have dogs packed into tiny spaces. SHE WILL NOT ALLOW fosters or adopters to keep dogs that they aren & #39;t treating right and I would guess this is someone mad about their own actions and how things were handled. I don & #39;t know personally but I do know some of the people who try to foster and adopt. & nbsp;

LAYNE ALWAYS PUTS the dog first and that doesn & #39;t always go over well but its why I love this rescue. & nbsp;

Move on and stop with this obsession with Layne Robert and Freedom Bros. & nbsp; & nbsp;
