I am Sukhchain, my freelancer account name is @multiwaygraphic (  https://www.freelancer.com/u/multiwaygraphic  )  and I work as a freelance graphic designer. For the last 7 years, I have been on freelancer.com, and I have completed around 950 projects out of 811 reviews with a 99% project completion rate.

I greet all my clients with a warm welcome, never abuse anyone or treat them unprofessionally, work honestly and honestly,  obey all the freelancer.com rules and know the terms and conditions there, and whenever I feel someone is trying to violate freelancer rules, I directly submit a report against that user. Something the same happened to me on September 13, 2023.

I worked for a client, and he sent me a new project. I just told him to create milestones for the job, which he did, and I was working for him and had not sent him a draft yet. Suddenly, I realised that he was trying to contact me from another account. I directly submitted a report against him, connected with freelancer support, and sent a complaint against him. I told him that you have to settle your account issue with the freelancer so I can continue working for you; otherwise, I can't help you with the project.

I went to bed as it was late at night. When I woke up in the morning and tried to open my account, I realised that the freelancer had closed my account. I had built a very good reputation on the platform, which I lost in just a few minutes. They blocked my hard-earned money from my account. I tried to contact them via email so many times, but they are not sending me a reply. They just say that your account is closed due to violating their terms and conditions, but I never violated any terms and conditions, and I have sent them so many proofs that can prove I am innocent, but they are not listening to my single request, and they told me that their decision to close my account is permanent and irreversible. I have so many ongoing projects in my account that I have lost all the money and 7 years of efforts with a good reputation in vein.

If by any chance I have unintentionally breached the terms, please forgive me and point it out so that I can rectify my mistake and avoid it in the future. I am a human after all and deserve a second chance. You can check my past history, and I have never made a mistake in the past 7 years. You can see for yourself that I provide quality yet professional work.

Kindly help me out if anyone knows how to open my account. As I am struggling these days, I do not have any job. I am the only one who takes care of my family financially, but I am helpless now.
