It pains me to write this, but I have been trying to contact the business owner for more than a year now. I purchased two sneaker corsets at the beginning of Covid. The sneakers had human feces embedded in them on the back of the corset where it tied up, and you can smell it there.
The situation is disgusting and unacceptable. The business owner has ignored my emails, Direct Messages, and phone calls. Since we reside in the same state, I contacted my local government officials. The process has been drawn out due to Covid, but justice will be served. This is COMPLETELY ABSURD!
