This is my second review on 29 June 2023 .
I got a message from Trustpilot as Fred from Fyre logistics is asking for more information about the review that i posted back in Feb. I provided all the information that they requested. And i also need to share few more lasted updates about Fred from Fyre logistics as i need to make sure there should not be any more victim like me in the future.

We filed a court case back in April 27 to compensate all the expenses that incurred by holding my vehicle as a hostage because of invoice issue between two companies that Fyre logistics authorized. The Bailiff from the Honorable Court of Quebec is not able to deliver the court order to Fyre logistics as there is no one to received it. The active court file number # 500-32-720507-237 which is readily available to the public. I do have the letter that I received from court saying that “Notification impossible “ .

This message is to the public, please do your research before selecting Fyre logistics for shipping your car. Please do search for “Edmonton man car hostage “in google and you will see the CBC news report about it. And as I mentioned Court of Quebec is trying to deliver the notice to Fyre logistics which is not completed as of now.

Stay away from Fyre Logistics

 

I am here to share my experience with Fyre Logistics. I normally do not give any reviews and but here i need to make sure there should not be another victim like me. It took more than 65 days to deliver my car that was shipped from Scarborough to Edmonton. The fyre logistics subcontracted my car shipping twice with out my consent. And an invoice
payment issue with the second and the third shipping company caused very stressful days for me and my family.

They used my car as a hostage to get the money that the subcontracted company owned. I contacted Fred from Fyre Logistics and he was totally irresponsible. It took 60 days just to investigate what happened form his side. That too after i send an email mentioning that i am going legally to release my vehicle.  I had to contact CBC news network to investigate what happened about my car because these guys are literally lying to me, and Fred did not even know where my car is. CBC Mark place involvement is the only reason why i got my car back. I still believe if CBC has not made any news report about my car hostage issue i would still not have received my car back.  Fred from Fyre logistics send a demand letter to release my car to the two companies after 60 days which became totally useless. I am not sure what made him to wait for 60 days to respond while the prosed delivery period was only 8 to 16 days.

I had to negotiate with the other three companies that i never hired for since Fred was totally irresponsible and done nothing to release my car from their custody

. They even asked me to pay another $1200 just to release my car from their custody.It was totally a nightmare since the day one i selected Fyre logistics for shipping my car.

This message is for the public. Please do research before selecting Fyre Logists . There is no guarantee that they will deliver your car on time. It can be days and months or ever higher. They do not even provide any compensation for this delay. I already started legal action to compensate for all the expenses that is caused by this irresponsible behaviour and delay from them.

 

Pleas select a reputable company who has proper trucks and equipment’s to ship your car. Don’t select these intermediate companies who do not even have a single truck. Your vehicle will be held hostage or wont even get back. You may need to go through all these struggles just to release your car. You may even need to contact Media just to get your car back. You may even need to pay again to another company that you never hired for just to release the car.

 

I am pretty sure Fyre logistics will reply to this comment mentioning that who asked you to pay another & 1200. Here is the reply “Fred from Fyre logistics has done nothing to release my car from the companies that i never hired for. I had initiated a negotiation with the other two companies to release the vehicle. If i have not initiated that negotiation, i would not have got my car still now.
