I wanted to add one additional comment here.  It is very important to me that my clients are fully satisfied with my service.  I am more than  willing to discuss the issues with you and try to find a resoulution.  Please reach out to me and lets talk.  

Mr. Brown ( I will not disclose your fullname to protect your identity),

Your accusations against my company is untrue.  We did the work you hired us to do.  You were very happy with us and even used comments like "Praise The Lord" and "Amen" to describe your statisfaction with our work. 

The reason you are reporting this, is that your account went to collections for not paying for services in full.  Though normally we do require payment up front, in your case you requested additional hours while we were doing surveillance.  You claimed that you cancelled all your bank cards because your spouse was stealing your money. 

We agreed to do the extra hours with the understanding we would collect the cash that day.  You agreed to this and gave us your Office address to pick up the money after we were done.  We completed the work.  We then went to the address and found out that you gave us the wrong address.  It was a Flooring company.  I called and texted you. 

You responded by saying you were at your attorney's office and would have to give me the money another day.  You then ghosted me for two days.  When you finally responded, you stated you would give me the outstanding balance once I gave you the full report.  I informed you that you had to pay the balance first ( which was stated and agreed to on the contract you signed).  You refused, call me a bunch of foul names, and then blocked me.

The reason I know this is you is: 

1.  I do forensic linguistics and took samples of your texts and compared them to this complaint and there is a 100% match. 

2.  The profile provided in the complaint, is the only match in my client database.

With all the wrong and defamation you have done to my company, I am still willing and wanting to provide you with the full report of the investigation, once we are paid in full.  The work product is owned by us and will not be released until you meet your contractual obligations.  Please reach out to me so we can resolve this issue.
