we moved to gardner house apartments in 2019, amy williams, honesty martin , rashacharnel kenyatta,, we paid the rent on time and a over payment and another check by a outside agnecy. so we had to pay nothing when we moved in. they got more money than they should of but didnt credit us, then covid started our names and several other tenants names was given for covid assistance although we were still paying the rent , 6000 , then another 11 thousand dollars then another 6000 and then a personal money order of 4000 thousand dollars about a total of 40 thousand dollars for each apartment for covid rental assistance and payments then didnt give us receipts they came around and had us sign our names so that they money could be given directly to the management,, a church paid 4000 and then i gave 2000 ,, when i asked the manager for my receipt ,, she had quit after i asked her for my receipts and where all the money was going,, a 500 thousabd dollars private funding was given for rental assistance for each family for rent coverage in money orders by someone who personally came to gardner house apartments ,, and then a additional assistance of 1, 800 was given for each family in private funding..in which the management only gave to white tenants but deposited into her personal accounts,,  a previous manager ran off with all the funding money and rent money after she bought herself a new car,, who was very close friends of the manager,, the apartment complex only hire people who are friends of the manager or friends of friends of people who work her who live in the surrounding area ,, no outsiders,, the management constantly steals from the tenants,,  and we havent had working heat in our apartment for three years ,, the property manager herself has come in with keys any time she wants to with others,, walka around but never fix the repairs, this bluiding had flooding of 4 feet of water on the fourth floor which flooded the bluiding and electrical systems,,,,and the electrical repairs in my apartments hasnt been done,, my circuit breaker needed to be replaced,, my apartment has ongoing electrical issues ,, the lights pop in the ceiling, the stove outlet pops the stove turns of,, the apartment has flooded because of other flooding in the bluiding,the electrical is bad because of the flooding of all 5 floors of the bluiding.. any complaints the manager jennifer munson and erin jacbson retailate against tenants by harrassment,, throwing away their mail, harrassing visitors,,violating their privac y,, telling them they cany visit friends or family ,, and jennifer munison and erin jacbson , lockout their black tenants if they complain about a issue,, jennifer munison and erin jacbson has lock us out of our apartment several times, threaten us and this went on for about a week jennifer munisn has sat in her car outside work hours to stalk and harrass us and lock us out,jennifer munison is mean nasty and very racist and a severe retaliator against blacks and low income temant,, jennifer munison has refused to fix repairs after always coming in my apartment her and maintemce. also she failed to fix my friends apartment with broken tiolet and running water in his apartment for several months and electrical faulty wires,, jeniifer munison and erin jacbson,, moved my friends into their office on the second floor and made him sleep in the counseling office for some time, after refusing to repair the broken tiolet in his apartment, which also had flooding, erin jacbson allowed all this to happen also..jennifer munison has had severe retaliation against my self and family in every form that she could she has had the maintemce to enetr my apartment after hours with keys without notice for no aparent reason,, just for retailation.when jennifer munison is mad after tenant defend themselves she calls the police on them, or has the staff behind the glass to lock them out threaten harrass and stalk them..there is a call box outside the bluiding whic no one has been trained to program so tham tenants can let family or packages in or out jennifer munisin stalks harrass the tenants and she has the people sitting behind the glass to lockout tenants when she angry,, she has never programed the call box.. norhas any manager she hired,, they harrass tenants they harrass ther friends and family members,, they violate privacy laws, by asking vistors who and why and what they are visiting tenants for, this property gardner house apartment at 2870 south handford st seattle washington has had a  previous property manager  holly king, erin jacbson who hired blacks made a fraudlant contract made them sign it ,, then deposit their paychecks into her personal account and made them work for free, the property manager jennifer munison has the people she hire to follow stalk the tenants and harrass them for retaliation, or she locks them out for hours, jennifer munison runs gardnerhouse apartments according to her white privilege power, no one has rights,, no one can speak..there is severe retailation ,, ansd stealing of funding and rent money,, thefamily names and kids are being used to get million dollars in funding,, and the mangers are quiting after they get news expensive cars or a new home from the covid funding money and money from churches and outside prvate resources in which they are keeping for them selves,the staff and those behind that glass has been stealing mail money funding packages all kinds of stuff and the manager jennifermunison and erin jacbson all play their part in it,, the tenants are abused mentally and taken advance of for funding and gain of news cars and homes ,, by those in property management and staff,, 20 tenants were forced to leave not because they wanted to move but becasue they were severely retailated against or harrassed, some tenants section 8 was taken away ILLegally.who were black because the property manager jennifer munison exercised her white privilege against them, after they filed for complainst for the stealing and the funding of 30 thousand dollars that was given for the apartment for covid funding ,, jennifer munison tries to erase everything hud complaints naacp complaint and any complaints that has been filed by black families against her,, and then she sends staff to harrass stalk  follow tenants to work or different places they might go and this has been a ongoing thing since the opening of this place,, jennifer munison and erin jacbson has allowed other staff members to go into tenants apartments,, lock them out during after hours, for retailation ths is also ongiong,, gardnerhouse apartments has gotten over 50 thousand dollars in funding for the apartment at 2870 south handford apt 605 seattle washington and a 4000 money order and another 2000 in which a manager they hired walk off with after i asked her for the receipt for the money we gave her, most manager jennifer munison hire they steal the rent money and funding buy a expensivr car quit for a while then she may hire them back steal some more money and funding , and same thing repeat over and over again,, one thing for sure this apartment bluiding has gotten over 30 thousand dollars or for each family  and then pivate funding and the stealing by use of names of tenants to collect funding has made jennifer munison and erin jacbson and any one she hired a wealthy bank account, while they oppress  violate retailate the low income tenants in every way their white privelege allows them too, rashacharnel kenyatta,, amy williams, honesty martin,, the severely racially oppressed  harrassed and violated tenants,, 50 thousand dollars for our apartment in funding and extra 6000 in private funding and 4000 from us and another 2000 dollars where is all that money gardner house apartments 2870 south handford apt 605 seattle washington,, property manager jennifer munison and the staff who steals the funding hides it, and tries to erase what they done,, dont move here,,this a slum bluidng it has flooding and electrical problems and a property manager who steals funding and allow manager to steal and walk away and she enjoys it
