A marine yacht consultant from Gatsby Yachts Group alleged to have preyed on his own clients has been charged with sealing more than $500, 000 worth of boat parts, equipment, and contents trailers across Newport, RI, and North Palm Beach, FL. Shane M Ramos could face more than 40 charges for theft, possession of stolen property, trafficking stolen property, and fraud. Shane got busted when someone later learned they had purchased his stolen equipment on Craigslist. Since then Shane Ramos has been linked to other thefts and faces charges in several jurisdictions. "Some boat owners were not even aware their yacht contents had been stolen until the police contacted them to say the item had been recovered", says a victim of Shane Ramos. "That is a huge problem", he said. Anyone who may have been victimized by Shane M Ramos or Gatsby Yacht Group is asked to call your local law enforcement.
