Glo Cosmetics Unfair treatment, racist and kicked me out for not doing as told to lie to Centrelink and avoid paying tax Liverpool NSW

I first got the job at a small family owned business the owners names are Tammy and James win (married) I was hired as a permanent part time working and paying tax for two years.

Just recently around June this year before the lockdown started, the owner Tammy (in charge mostly) demanded me to get payed less than usual in cash (normaly get $21.41 per hour on card but wanted to cut it to $16 per hour) and wanted me to not pay tax to the ATO….and also suggested I lie to Centrelink to say I stopped work to get payed and work for her in cash to avoid tax…..how can a business owner do this???

She makes all her staff work and receive their pay in cash (in an envelope) unknown by the ATO so the staff doesn’t pay tax (they are a bunch of relatives and friends) all agreed to avoid paying tax going against tax avoidance law.

Once I refused, now after the lockdown is gone long ago they do not give me my shifts anymore. When I signed a contract as a permanent part timer….just because I refused to do as she said to lie to Centrelink and ato and work for less hourly pay she kicked me out!!!

I want to report her and her husband for mistreating me as a staff and being racist to me, along with her absurd attitude wanting me to commit bad actions against government departments and avoidance of tax paying and for her unfair treatment. I am an Australian citizen and I am proud to contribute taxes to the government but she kicked me out so she doesn't end up paying the taxes!!!

Also she lies to the center about her overall monthly profit to pay less for rent. She always play around and lies I a smart way to avoid paying what's she's supposed to pay.

I really dislike people who play around like her against the government....very bad people. I need your support, they can't continue like this and mistreating staff. Please kee my identity confidential I don't want them to hurt me please and thank you!!
