I am reporting an upfront money Mortgage broker so called founder Jesse Wright <jesse.wright@californiaretailproperties.com> 4:05 PM (38 minutes ago) to consumers Hello Sir / Madam
I am reporting a mortgage broker out of NY that is in the business of charging up front fees and in the business of bait and switch They got my $15,000 upfront fees and asking for another $72,000 for a false promise of $13,500,000 I have included all the attachments and a word document that explains everything I know you can't get my money back, but I hope you at least go after them and STOP them from further upfront fee collection and victims that fall in their switch and bait These are the shysters

Kindly advise who that is and have the other person agree.
Further, This is not some kind of open negotiation. The borrower needs to read the First Mortgage Loan Commitment, AS-IS, then accept or decline.
As I explained to Jesse in detail. We do not order an appraisal or continuously work on a file until we have an accepted Loan Commitment.

You can track them and get them arrested. Although I wasn't scammed by an organization but an individual on Instagram that claimed he can help me earn profits with stocks but I was able to track him, get him arrested and recover my money with the help of this techguy recommended by my colleague at work. Explain to him and give him information about the scammers, his email is stedcodes@ gmail. com , will update this comment when I find his IG.
