Benson hospital was notified by my friend's attorney that this is a workers compensation case and because the State of Arizona is incompetent on handling a worker's compensation cases within two weeks in which is mandated by federal law? And he has been fighting the State of Arizona which refuses to help this man and he has all letters to documents to prove this.

He got hurt on the job and the job must pay for his injury that happened at the job. But because the State of Arizona gave this business a business license without providing the workers with workers compensation which is the law to open up a business and to open a business without workers compensation insurance in which is illegal.

And suddenly they sent him a letter they didn't have workers compensation (but now they do)? so this is factual that they hid the workers' compensation insurance number from this injured worker, so they can get around paying for it and Arizona allows this criminal activity to happen in the state of Arizona, (The Federal Government really needs to get involved).

And Benson hospital has been calling my friend and threatening him 6- times a day telling him if he does not pay the medical Bill and they do not care about workers' compensation, they are going to hurt him and his credit and make him hurt financially is what they stated.

They were informed this is a workers compensation case and the patient is working hard with a dysfunctional government of Arizona and that this is a workers compensation case and they will be paid but because of the corruption in the Arizona government he is fighting to get the money released but the government of Arizona refuses to help this injured worker.

Benson hospital told them they do not care? you will pay us? or we will ruin your credit and make you pay other ways, but they threatened him on the phone and he just received a text which I am posting a photo, they violated the law and they put this against his credit report (this is illegal) and Benson hospital told this man if he tries to come back to this hospital he's as good as a dead man. This is a workers compensation case but then again Benson hospital in Benson Arizona thinks that they are above the law:

I have had a hard time understanding religion; but as my friend is getting sicker because the town my friend lives in (Benson Arizona) has denied my friend any physical therapy and any treatment on his left leg which has been declining for a year and 3 weeks and has refused to give him any pain medication after he broke his left femur.

And it has been over a year and the State of Arizona has not even granted him workers compensation after the ambulance picked him up at the job site because this accident at the location of this job where this accident happened at the job, and they transported him to Canyon Vista medical center in which helped this man unbelievably, a rushed him into surgery but the town of Benson Arizona medical industry misdiagnosed my friend and stated that he has type 2 diabetes?

which he has type 1 diabetes since the age of 4 years old and when he was placed in what I believe was called lighthouse physical therapy?  I will get in touch with the person that called the police and the ambulance to see if he still has the phone number where he sent the police and ambulance to help this man in Sierra Vista Arizona in which the police and the ambulance removed him from this medical facility that should not have a medical license because they refuse to give him insulin and he went into severe high blood sugar 2000 and he should have died and as he was dying my friend used his cell phone before the medical faculty took his cell phone from him so he could not communicate and get help but he did contact a family member and had a family member (in which I believe was his Son)?

Who called the police and the ambulance, they removed this patient from this medical facility after the officer of the law said he is in bad shape and the ambulance driver stated what the patient stated and they said you could smell the ketoacidosis he is in bad shape and it is obvious that he is not safe being left at this medical facility and we need to protect his life and we need to remove him from this facility from this physical therapy complex and brought him to another hospital Canyon Vista medical center which saved my friend's life.

They placed him on a insulin drip and this hospital saved my friends life, thank you Canyon Vista medical center because of the incompetence of the medical industry in Arizona.They sent my friend who is suffering from severe pain for 1- year and 3 months now to see the pain doctor 7- times seeing a doctor and being charged for seven doctors visits and they still not have any treatment for this man's pain.

So they can steal money from his insurance and they send him massive co-payments and they never gave him any pain medications physical therapy for any treatments and they tell him to come back in a couple of more weeks, (this is cruel and unusual punishment); but they do open up the side door the medical facility and they sell the pain medications to people that do not need them for cash?

Why is the Federal Government allowing this to happen? so they making double money on drugs that are meant to help patients? In America it is a crime and the medical industry of Arizona it is not about the patient well being and to help cure them it is all about how much money they can profit and steal from patients and insurance: but they have never provided my friend any relief and to fix his left leg so he can be a functional member of society.

He has just text me how bad his leg is and the doctors can't figure out what is wrong? This man needs some serious pain relief and If loses his left leg because it has to be amputated or he loses his life everything has been documented.

And all people involved with this crimeful action against a sick patient will pay the ultimate price you will never earn a penny in your name again because of your incompetence and you have done nothing but ignore his cries for help of his infected leg  since June 23rd 2021 and the doctors will not give him any pain relief or fix the infections in his leg and they call themselves doctors?

all they are is patient abusers: because they are ignoring his infection and excruciating pain where he walks and passes out that's how high the pain gets; but the incompetent doctors and Hospital in Benson Arizona keep allowing this man to suffer and Benson hospital stated my friend is only there to receive pain medication?

And the only reason this man was brought to the hospital via ambulance I believe it was on June 14th was because he had to get pain medication from somebody off the street and it was a fentanyl pill which almost killed him because the doctors refused to give him any pain medicines knowing he has a severe pain problem in his left leg and they ignore everything about his infection.

I have known this man all my life since kindergarten and he is anti-drug as they come in which he is anti-drug (but is suffering beyond belief) and hasn't been able to sleep in over 4 months except for maybe a half an hour but the pain wakes them right back up and the medical industry in Benson Arizona they give patients a number;

they do not call them a patient or by their name they are just a number and each number has a dollar sign so they know what each patient they can charge for what test to make the most amount of profit off of that patient. Why is the federal government not allowing them to investigate the corruption with the medical industry in the state of Arizona?

The Hell that Benson Arizona medical system has put this poor man through he has definitely received a passage to heaven because this medical industry in Benson Arizona is slowly murdering him. he is in dire straits he needs serious medical help: he is up every day and night reading the Bible and scriptures because he said he knows he is not going to make it and this is all because of doctors not doing their job and not listening to the patient and not treating this man's infected left leg and helping relieve his pain from this injury.
