Got All Auto Parts, Inc Rebuilt Transmission Supply A Transmissions Rebuilt Transmission Exchange Transmission Exchange Jeffrey Madison Jeff Madison Refused to provide warranty service on a remanufactured transmission I purchased from them. Bay City MI

On 9/8/2019, I purchased a re-manufactured 4L60E transmission with a 5 year warranty from Got All Auto Parts.  The owner I spoke with for the purchase was Jeffrey "Jeff" Madison and the sales person was Kevin Karwat.  I have emails, the invoice and all documents proving this.

The transmission broke on 4/2/2023, still under warranty. On 4/4/2023, I called the phone number for Got All Auto Parts, 989-891-9212, and a woman named Angel answered the phone saying the name of the business was Rebuilt Transmission Exchange (RTE) and explained RTE, "took over Got All's phone number for marketing purposes".  I told her I needed to make a warranty claim and she explained Got All Auto Parts is out of business and filed bankruptcy so no one could honor my warranty.  However, Angel explained RTE would give me a discount on a replacement transmission and emailed me an invoice on 4/4/2023 for $1020.  On the invoice from RTE, I noticed Jeff Madison, the owner of Got All Auto Parts, was the person listed to make payment to for the transmission now coming from RTE. I was to send payment to CASH APP $madisonj1563 or VENMO @Jeffrey-Madsion-14.

Jeffrey Madison is listed as the owner of REBUILT TRANSMISSION EXCHANGE, LLC, Michigan Corporate ID 802729459. 

Got All Auto Parts filed for bankruptcy on 08/18/2021 and Rebuilt Transmission Exchange filed for organization on 09/02/2021. This is clearly a scam to avoid warranties.
