In July 2021, I made the cardinal mistake of buying an S-Class from Gravity Autos Marietta. The buying experience has been an absolute nightmare. It is illegal not to provide the title within 30 days of the sale. After 90 days, “illegal” would be an understatement. Plain fraud is a better term. The second Georgia temporary tags expired on October 24 (90 days). I just stopped by my DMV and they haven’t gotten the documents yet. It has been 100 days since the sale and I cannot register or drive my car.
Blaine is a shady used car salesman who will blatantly lie to your face until you sign the paperwork, then throw you under the bus once they’ve got your money. I have already filed complaints with Georgia Consumer Protection and the Georgia State Department, and will probably take them to Court. A Judge will most likely suspend or revoke their dealership license.
If you decide to ignore my advice, make sure to buy the ridiculously overpriced useless extended warranty they will try to shove down your throat. You will certainly need it. My car that has only 25K miles on it has spent more time at the shop than in my driveway. Read their BBB reviews, do yourself a favor, and stay far away from these clowns.

If this guy "lied to your face” before you signed the paperwork...simple question...WHY DID YOU SIGN SAID PAPERWORK??? You then later say you’re going to report them to the BBB. Thanks for the laughs! Since you very obviously don’t know...the BBB is NOT part of any government or law enforcement body!
The BBB has ZERO POWER to enforce ANY laws or force any business to do anything. The ONLY purpose of the PHONY BBB is to SELL their PHONY ACCREDITATIONS and their PHONY RATINGS to ANY business which wants to BUY them to DECEIVE THE PUBLIC!

Since they won't provide title. you cna ether self file a lawsuit against them or get an attorney at your cost.
Only 2 ways to reverse an as is sale.
1. Prove known fraud such as I replaced the motor a year ago. Howeer, it was never replaced. Saying it runs great is not proof of a fraud.
2. In your case failure to deliver a title in a reasonable time.
Only thing that can be done is the sell be reversed and you get your money back. Possibly even money you put into it. You may be out Attorney fees, unless the law specifically says you can recover them . Other than that everyone pays their own attorney costs.

mechanic who specializes in German auto repair. He said that the reason he is always busy is because German automobiles are notorious for electrical problems after 60,000 miles.
He said BMW’s are the worst, especially the high-end versions. He said if you want a German vehicle it’s best to lease a new one for two or three years and get rid of it when the lease expires.
