Great Neck Motorsports I had a horrible experience with an offensive and disrespectful salesperson with bait and switch tactics and false advertising and racist comments. Great Neck New York

I tried to purchase a 2017 Mazda3 Touring for my mother listed both on cars.com and their own website for 12,990 after the initial downpayment of 1995 according to their own description on their website. I called the dealership and spoke with Tamika more than 6 times and once with Brian and every time asked if there were any hidden fees I should be aware of, besides the standard title and registration and state sales taxes. I was told there were no hidden fees and to read their disclaimer on their page which I am including below. I Made an appointment, took a day off at work to go and purchase the car. 

As soon as we arrived Brian the salesperson proceeded to inflate the cost of the vehicle before taxes and registration and financing charges to over 19,000 including reconditioning fees and Carfax report and other bogus charges. when I pointed out that the car had a slashed tire with gashes on the side, and one of the running sideboards was taped, and the backlights were taped blacks to hide possible cracks. He started to scream and berate us, calling me stupid and when my mother asked for a Spanish-speaking salesperson he proceeded to make racist and xenophobic comments and call us uneducated people and stupid. He screamed and became very aggressive towards a 63-year-old woman. 

It cost us over 500 USD just to visit their used car dealership between cab fares and my lost wages. I do not wish this experience on to anybody. please be aware of their deceitful tactics and non-existing customer service.
