Tomas Casal and Shane Kenney had apparently gotten themselves underwater with their lendor for their PA medical marijuana company since for whatever reason, they felt the only sku they should create was a suppository.  

As one of the 25, licensed grower processors, that should have summed up their incompetence in general and in business for us, but since we shared an attorney that recommended them, we let ourselves believe their "boy wonder" sales pitch about how they could support construction and project management for our 30MM+ project to develop a Cannabis grow / processing facility in NJ.

While we hired them to value engineer to get the project back into our budget, they actually did the exact opposite and increased our scope since their fees were based on project cost and completely lied to us and committed documented fraud to bank their fees and then walked from the project after literally stealing our consulting fee money (and leaving us high and dry on the project after changing our designs to their recommendations).   

Buyer and lender beware.  Tomas and Shane are complete frauds and totally incompetent in business.  Anyone that uses them for services or funds their projects like their lender did in PA (who hasnt been paid - other then if they stole our money to pay them) is going to get burned.  Beware of these guys !!
