Gretchen and Henry mann h&g construction Are criminally harassing me and failed to honor my homes warranty his wife gave me and when I had trouble they had an undercover deputy sheriff he filed a false harassment against me and had the same deputy along with a female deputy harass me at 10:00 pm on a saturday night

They let him get away with everything. He is a bad builder who hired bad people to install things he didn't even nail the siding into the house. I found exposed nails in my washroom 17 years later. The inspector was even worse not to make him correct these things.  Mann falsely accused me of now all these problems I've had living in this house was with them behind the scenes causing me and my son trouble.

 They have no right to hurt people like this. But they thought I am an easy target. I never threaten mann nor his wife but the sheriff deputies did and thought they could come in my house acting unethically giving me dirty looks it's not gonna happen anymore.

  Then came late on a Saturday night at 10:00 pm to tell me off having court on my porch, telling me to stay away from the manns like their some king and queen when I never did what they accused me of in the first place! with this female deputy yelling at me than having the gall to say I'm yelling.  I did not know things were this corrupt in this town where they did this to people believing someone's lies because they are a builder.

This female russel county deputy was the Biggest B**** c***.  The cops want to be against us or for married people. But this Russel county jury in 2012 acquitted a child abuser to let him abuse again. But then I get treated like a common criminal because I been lied about.

This one Russel country deputy came with mann undercover and he was giving me the evil eye. Because they aren't transparent or fair to certain people. Mann had already lied to them saying I threaten him which is a big lie. He had no right to come into my house disrespecting me like this. I had just moved in. I was having problems with my air condition unit.

 I will not allow anyone ever again to walk in my home acting like this. Then on late Saturday night around 10:00 pm, these two deputies came driving up behind my son blocking him in. Then this female deputy started yelling at me and telling me off acting like a judge having court.. with her telling me to stay away from them acting like their some entitled king and queen I recognize the other male deputy who was giving me dirty looks while he was undercover.

 I did make a complaint to their boss about their misconduct and how they were blocking my son from leaving.  I have suffered many injustices throughout my life because being single is rough. But they had no right to act like this late at night on a Saturday night.

I've had it with being treated this way. They came to my property at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. Mann was the one harassing me by filing a false report at the sheriff's office because he knows them due to him being a builder and her being a relator.

Then man lied to my relator saying they filed a restraining order against me. I never went to court I just couldn't believe this situation. This proves how corrupt mann and his wife really are. Then in 2010, the highway engineering department dug up all my neighbor's ditches. They made my neighbor's ditch all nice and neat but they put big rocks in my ditch and now it's washing away all the grass 10 years later.

Then put rocks again but put grass seed on my neighbors ditch up the street. I complained about it & ask if they could put dirt and grass on me, They flat out refused. There is no need for them to be so ugly towards me. But I know now why it's the man's who are the culprits.

Henry mann doesn't own my property anymore and doesn't have the authority to order the engineering people to destroy my property. I'm not afraid to stand up for my rights. And this is what they do in this town when you do stick up for yourself. They sick the sheriff on you.

They don't own this property anymore I do. The county engineer forgets our taxes pay their living but they're still corrupt with money in this town. I never imagined how bad it has gotten the two years I lived in Georgia and moved back to phenix city in 2004. The fact that these two are still after me they want let me move on with my life.

  I did nothing to them they gave me a home warranty, They fought like crazy not to honor it & sicken their deputies' friends on me. This was misconduct loud and clear. Mann filed a false police report anyways with the sheriff & which gives them the right to harass someone on their own property late at night on a Saturday night. They need to be in a mental hospital. 

  This is why my neighbor's ditches look so much nicer than mine. They didn't give them any trouble like they did me. I was treated very unfairly.
