Griffin's Propane Inc Fuel Center Plus Inc Poor service, excessive charges applied to propane refund Show Low, Silver City AZ, NM

Griffin's Propane had breached Equipment/Service Agreement on multiple occasions and then expects their unsatisfied customer to comply with their agreement. Below are my concerns and dissatisfaction with this company:

1) Provide dependable quality service by trained employees. Service not dependable. If dependable service by your definition is waiting 7 months to fix a tank in disrepair, well go for it.

2) Provide gas deliveries on a regular delivery route. Reference Terms and Conditions, Para 5. KEEP FULL. Griffin's Propane Show Low dropped us from "Keep Full" without notification of any kind.

3) Provide maintenance of the storage container 7 months the storage container was in disrepair. Broken gage reported 1/26/2022, with multiple follow ups 7/22/2022, 8/10/2022, 8/17/2022, 8/26/2022. Storage container repaired 8/31/2022.

4) Terms and Conditions, Para 2, "by giving the Customer thirty days prior written notice of the change." No notice provided when removed from routine route on "keep full" basis.

5) Terms and Conditions, Para 13, Delay and Failure of Performance. 7 months to obtain a tank gauge in disrepair. None of the reasons noted in Para 13 are applicable. No excuse for delay to repair.

6) Terms and Conditions, para 10, reasonable removal fee. $89.00 is not reasonable. Griffin's Propane competitor delivered replacement tank for $75.00, including installation.

7) Terms and Conditions, "restocking fees". $72.25 restocking fee, as per our lease agreement terms. Terms and Conditions do not indicate a restocking fee amount. Specify amount, not just pull out of your a*s. And the fuel remaining is not restocked, it remains in the tank, so it's not restocked, rather stolen.

These, among other instances committed by Griffin's Propane Show Low, such as: destroying my gate post with truck upon leaving promises, being called a liar by office personnel, disrespect towards homeowner by delivery driver, threats to remove tank after Griffin's Propane failure to make repairs to rental tank in a timely manner for 7 months..shall I continue?
