This scamer is using my 20 year company, a literary management company, to pretend that one of my agents named Rick (which they use in full) is interested in republishing their book and they charge them $3000 to do so, claiming Harper Collins wants to publish it.  They have used my agency name and logo on their communication and have effectively scammed writers who trusted them.
