Guardian Protection Products, Inc OnPoint Warranty Solutions, LLC Solicits Misleading Warranty and/or Service Contracts- CONTACT CNA Insurance or Continental Insurance Co Hickory NC

Guardian Protection Products aka OnPoint Warranty Solutions, LLC solicits false and misleading extended warranties on furniture and other items. These warranties are solicited under false pretenses to consumers to cover accidents, rips, tears, structural damage, etc. However, GPP will not honor the warranties they sell. This is evident by all of the BBB complaints against them and OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC (they are the same company due to an acqusition).

If you purchased a warranty and/or service contract with GPP or OnPoint Warranty Solutions, LLC and they deny your claim, revert back to your contract, and contact the obligor who is CNA Insurance or Continental Insurance Co. GPP and OnPoint Warranty Solutions are just the administrator of the plan and the obligor is the insurance company that secures the plan. See your contract under the section labeled "Insurance securing your plan".

According to your contract, you have 60 days from the date of loss if GPP denies your claim to file a claim directly with the insurance carrier. Also, contact the carriers complaint line and file a complaint against GPP and OnPoint Warranty Solutions for misleading and fradulent business practices. After filing a claim directly with the insurance provider, go to your State's Attorney General website and file a claim for consumer fraud. Then go the Federal Trade Commission and file the same. 

GPP and OnPoint Warranty Solutions need to be reprimanded for defrauding customers and the only way for that to happen is to bring the authorities to light of their illegal business practices.
