Guillaume Vanson Made false promises and ran off with my deposits and kept half my work. Internet

Hello everyone and unfortunate to post here but need to quickly warn everyone about a new project that I commissioned and the scammy 3D ARTIST who ran off with it.  Took all my money as well and only delivered half incomplete files.  My project was titled Guts vs Grunbeld diorama from the Berserk universe and believe it or not, the 3D scam artist is GUILLAUME VANSON who designed the Threezero Berserk Guts.  

  I suspect he's planning to sell my Grunbeld to others so I attached pictures below.  This is MY project that I commissioned so if you see it floating around and offered to be resold, DO NOT BUY IT!  I am currently filing a report with the IC3, Internet Crime Complaint Center regarding this commission.  Please view screenshots of chat log to verify my entire story.   Found him on Artstation and he hounds you daily in collecting payment to begin project.  Alarmingly aggressive and that should've been my first clue.  I figured he might get impatient because other artists have all provided an estimate time frame of 2 months to complete this specific project.  Simply asked him if he has the time and patience to endure this task and he replies, "Don't worry.  You cannot be as demanding as the Japanese themselves."  Real smooth pal and see screenshot below.  It's actually nothing compared to what he says about me though.     

I asked if we had unlimited art time to perfect form, costume, proportions and base.  He replies absolutely and everything is all included in the flat rate price.  I made sure about this on a number of occasions and each time, he reassured me art time will be unlimited until we get things done perfectly right.  This was later revealed to be a complete lie.    He collected 2 payments already and quickly came for a 3rd payment when project wasn't even finished.  Says he's completely broke and I must transfer more funds immediately or book him a room on Airbnb using my PayPal or credit card.  He's about to check out of his current room and he has no money left for additional accommodations so I must do this for him NOW.  I hesitated to provide my credit card info because if anything happens to those rooms, I'll be liable for.  He says he won't murder anyone so don't worry and proceed.  I expressed concerns and naturally declined.  Having his PayPal account banned, he provided a friend's PayPal account for me to transfer money to.  That friend then gave my funds to Guillaume for the room.  I was up past 4 AM trying to figure this out for him.  So awkward because his vacation with his wife in Peru has nothing to do with me and felt like I was being used as his personal assistant.  Hard to believe?  Check out the attached screenshots for yourself.     Once work began, I stated to Guillaume this entire project would be easy if we both did this live.  Meaning, we'll use social media messaging where updates regarding progress can be linked to me directly and I'll decide what to keep or correct on the spot.  This instantaneous back and forth called ACTIVE TEAMWORK saves time and eliminates mistakes.    

He refused and says he doesn't work that way.  Wants me to write notes or draw examples for him and he'll get back to me in a few days when he's finished.  I informed him that this could be very time consuming and multiple corrections may occur if I'm absent to provide LIVE feedback.  With active teamwork, we can eliminate errors and prevent misunderstanding.  He wouldn't budge and says he simply doesn't do these live sessions.  Demanded I gather all info for him and send over and he'll do what he can and send back for my review.  If there's something I don't like or need additional modifying, gather notes for him AGAIN and he'll reply back within days with future updates.  His reluctance to collaborate simultaneously dragged this project out.    

So, we took his long route and exchanged notes for a few weeks until he ran out of patience.  He ONLY made changes halfway through and things got shady from there.  Guillaume now accused me of being too demanding and this could technically take forever.  He decided to end project and refused to proceed unless I pay him more money!  I specifically WARNED HIM that his methods could take longer than necessary.  Even reminded him that I went out of my way to provide funds when he had no money whatsoever for accommodations but he wouldn't budge. 

Again, I was up past 4 AM trying to book rooms for him on Airbnb!  Guillaume now says he DOESN'T RECALL THAT FAVOR and later insults me by stating I'm unprofessional, very difficult and a complete waste of time!   This eventually dragged out for about 4 months because he wouldn't proceed unless his demands of more money were met.  I refused so he tells me the agreed full price I already paid has now increased because it was only a special rate he offered at the time!  He only offered that "deal" because we spoke about doing future collabs after the success of the 1st one.  Since I refused to work with him again due to his deceptive methods, he accused ME of breaking deals and retaliated by jacking up the price of our current project to make what I already FULLY paid into a FRACTION of his "true" price!  Says now I can either pay him the INCREASED price or he'll simply leave me with half the files.  I demanded the entire project or I will expose his hostile ways online to warn others.  He tells me I'm embarrassing myself, take it or leave it and I should be glad I'm even getting half for wasting his time.  Don't believe me?  Again, check out the screenshots.  It now says from Instagram User because he blocked me after he took off with my other half of the project.  

Keep in mind PayPal has banned and terminated his account along with his wife's due to unethical methods of collecting payment which violated community standards.  Guillaume will now ask you to directly wire money to his bank if you wish to hire him.  DO NOT engage with this man under any circumstance!  Once you fork over any amount of money through bank transfer, it's gone for good and he'll pull the same stunt on you as well.  Promises you unlimited art time revisions until you're satisfied just to cut you off midway through and demand more payments to continue.  BAM!  You're on the hook!  You don't cough up more money atop of the "all inclusive" flat rate, he keeps your project and deposits all for himself and only delivers half incomplete files!  Blocks you on social media afterwards.    

PayPal informed me many have tried to scam using the Friends and Family feature so they are cracking down on these cases.  That's precisely how Guillaume Vanson got me.  If you sent money with Friends/Family and things go south, you can't file a claim or dispute.  He was collecting payments for work and PayPal cancelled his account.   Please observe some of the screenshots I saved.  Gives you a good idea exactly what you're up against.  So, here's a full recap.  He began by making false promises, collects multiple payments for various purposes, cuts me off and abandons project halfway through, demands even more money atop of what I already paid, kept all my deposits which totaled more than the actual project itself, ran off with my Grunbeld and only delivered HALF incomplete file of Guts.  If you see this Grunbeld for sale or floating around, it's MINE which I commissioned and paid for!  I directed the art, proportions, switch out parts, pose and base of entire project.  Hope everyone likes it but too bad he skipped town with it, all my funds and blocked me.    

Come to think of it, he tried to sell me a Griffith file that he has when we first spoke.  I thought it was kind of random and awkward for him to offer but never questioned who commissioned it.  If what I suspect is true, he has a habit of doing this and it's a pattern.  Now he has my Grunbeld as well added to his collection.  I'm certain he's trying to pawn that off somewhere to a different buyer.     Rest assured all the rules and total costs of project agreed upon by both parties will be tossed in the garbage by Guillaume.  Once he begins projects, he'll make up his own rules and costs along the way which he expects you to OBEY OR ELSE.  It got to a point where if he made limbs/torso too long or short, he refused to change back unless I pay him additional for it!  Everything I asked him to do at the midway point was a NO.  Unless more money was transferred of course.  Felt like my commission was taken over by a loan shark with a grudge.     Trust me and he won't work for you and expects you to work for him.  Thinks he's your boss and uses you as his personal assistant.  And once he gets what he's after, kiss your project goodbye!  You wish for your commission to be completed?  Pay up more!  You refuse?  He instantly jacks up the agreed established price to the "ACTUAL FULL PRICE."  Can't afford it?  He leaves you with half incomplete files and runs off with your project while blocking you.  Lucky me.     Says the Japanese are most demanding.  Says I'm inefficient, most difficult and a complete waste of his time.  Harasses me at 4 AM to book him a room with my credit card because he's completely broke and has nowhere to stay.  You don't obey his demands he cooks up out of the blue, he immediately takes full ownership of the project and decides if you get anything at all.  It was a hostile takeover from midway through and a ransom battle to the very end.  Constantly lectures, scolds, complains and accuses ME of taking advantage of HIM!  How did we honestly not know about this guy before?!     

Sorry if this took too long but just wanted everyone to be safe and aware.  I will keep everyone posted regarding this project and truly appreciate everyone's time.  I have also relayed my story to all companies doing Berserk statues and not surprisingly, all who replied back says I GOT SCAMMED.  Thank you, Guillaume Vanson!
