Hagerty insurance Essentia insurance company Florida Denied an ACV $340,000 claim on my Lamborghini because the family member driving it at the time is a lifestyle consultant concierge they claimed the car was being used as a rental and had zero proof of this it was my personal vehicle for 20 months all this after took 45 days and I had to give ultimatum to repair my vehicle basically the used bad faith in their decision and intentionally did this bc I called Florida dept of insurance on them and the BBB Traverse city Michigan

 I’ll try and be more proper next time in the way I write things sorry I don’t have a lot of time I run 7 companies and make millions the way I wrote it wasn’t that serious to me just getting the message out about Hagerty so no one else loses $ I’m over it honestly don’t care already made that back 50x over bought an SVJ and got a real insurance company here’s you’re period get a life for real.

 Way back in GRADE SCHOOL, little children are taught how to write in sentences, capitalization, punctuation and proper sentence structure. Anybody with half a brain can read other people's writing and see this is the grown up way to write. Here you come and all this is one long run-on sentence WITHOUT any of proper methods of writing which these "highly educated" grade school children use! Isn't that amazing??? Oh, the car didn't "lose control", the DRIVER LOST CONTROL which makes this a 100% PREVENTABLE COLLISION and not an "accident"! Since this matter involves many aspects of insurance coverage, policy provisions, exclusions and other aspects of the Contract of Coverage, due to your obvious inability to write at even a grade school level, you will have no capacity to understand all the ramifications of coverage. Find someone who can explain the obvious to you. Maybe they can draw pictures for you to understand. If you need to write anything, find a grade school age child who has that ability since very obviously you don't.

 NOTHING has changed in booking reservations for anything. YOU CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY and make the reservation! You do not need any of this third party trash to do it for you. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Avoid these problems in the future. Book it DIRECTLY yourself. YOU DO NOT NEED ANY OF THIS TRASH. You can do anything they do and not involve a middle man.
