Ordered a sweatshirt online September 14th. Tracking number said label created and nothing further. A month later we contacted them to say we never received the sweatshirt and requested a refund. They said they couldn't refund becuase it had been shipped. Tracking number still only says label created and it's been 2 months. They have no phone number or address listed on their website but I found them located in Boca Raton, FL per the credit card dipute I filed. They also have an email address of mydenimslide@gmail.com.
