I did some research on FDA approved medical devices, such as eye contact theatrical ones are classified in type 2 meaning they are approved for marketing type 3 means they are USFDA approved so when a retailor marks their items like a theatrical contact lense as "FDA Approved" thats not legally right and i was informed that they should be reported.

False labeling

Yes that's not the problem though, the issue is that they cannot label it "FDA approved" contact lenses specifically colored ones with no medical use. Are a type two medical device only approved for marketing.. while type 3 is USFDA approved.

Which is not theatrical contact lenses. This is false information on their website. This is not about prescriptions.

Prescription

It's very easy to tell when a site is selling illegal contact lenses -- they don't require a confirmed prescription to order.  It is illegal to sell contact lenses without a prescription in the US.
