Starting in December of 2023 I ordered LED bulbs for my 2022 RAM. After installing, I found they were turning off on their own, day or night. Support said I should have ordered the fog lights too so I ordered them. After many attempts of installing and assistance from support they still turned off. On Feb 7, 2024, they said i needed a special module to make them work. On Feb 8, a tracking mumber was issued for the module. After many calls and promises of the module "going out tomorrow", I never received the module. By March 8, I asked for my money back and returned the 6 bulbs. They responded stating that they dont give refunds for "used" bulbs.

I never received the module and they have their bulbs back. I would like to get my $296.97 back
