From my experience with the company behind headphoneseshop.com, I would rate them, at the very best, as questionable. I had a set of Bose wireless earbuds on my Christmas list, so my wife bought them through their site. She said she checked it a little & didn't find anything sketchy about it, so she made the purchase 12/7/21. It originally told her that it would be a little while before shipping, but a couple of days later, they sent her a text claiming it had shipped.

I have no idea if they lied, or if the delay was due to the USPS, which is also very likely (my dad worked for them for 18 years, so I know more about their sad operations than most), being a gummint agency, but they didn't arrive until the end of the last week of December. Then, as I was following the setup instructions, it told me to d/l the Bose Music app for "the best experience". I did, & the app wouldn't recognize the earbuds.

I tried connecting it also through my laptop, same result. Long story short, I tried everything their support pages suggested, no result. I then called Bose support, the rep & I tried everything & he finally told me that I was getting LED codes that he hadn't even heard of before; they were defective & needed replaced. He then tells me he can replace them for $99, because THEY WERE OUT OF WARRANTY as of October 20212. So, headphoneseshop.com sold my wife an item that was over a year old more than a month before she bought it.

Luckily, by sending Bose the receipt, they could replace them under warranty due to the purchase date. SO, I'm not doing business with them & would advise against anyone doing so.
