After balancing my debit charges on 11/19/23. I observed the company, HH-bill.com, had made and a debit charge to my account; transaction date November 18, 2023. In the amount of $44.99. Location: "Wuakee IA 50263". I observed the Transaction type "debit". I observed the fraudulent and unauthorized debit charge from this horrible company HH-bill.com, in the amount of $44.99. The transaction date was November 18, 2023. That is all the information I know or have for this fraudulent debit charge. There was no item description provided. Location listed as "Waukee (IA) 50263". I have never visited this horrible website "hh-bill.com" and do not know what items or business there they conduct I don't even care to know how this company goes bankrupt and fails for their unethical fraudulent debit transactions at their conducting as a normal business transaction. I am the primary account holder for this account. And I want my money refunded in total of $44.99.

I can’t 100% prove it, but I have a strong suspicion this is a payment processor for a porn site. Either you or someone in your household did it and doesn’t want to admit it. You think you are shaming them with this complaint, but more likely you are shaming yourself.

Call you bank RIGHT NOW. They can reverse this! Oh but there's more...lots, lots more! YOU ARE THE PRIME EXAMPLE OF HOW TO MANAGE A CHECKING ACCOUNT! There are people who come here to complain about payments going back months and months because they are TOO LAZY to properly manage a checking account like YOU DO! They don't keep any written records and they NEVER balance their account like YOU do! They then come here and blame the bank for fraudulent transactions and blame the bank for overdraft fees because they haven't the slightest clue as to what their balance really is! They funniest are the losers who claim the only reason they get over draft fees is because of "tricky math"! This is just how financially stupid the current generation is! You, on the other hand, have handled this PERFECTLY and everyone should look toward your example as how it should be done!

One, they are a servicing company. They don't own your loan, they are just the servicer. I'm not sure why you think they have payment history from some previous servicer. They don't. It's your job to keep track of your financial records, not theirs.
Second, lender placed insurance protects the lender, not you. You have no rights under a lender-placed policy, you need to buy your own insurance. I'm not sure why you would let the insurance policy lapse, but it's on you.
Third, if you don't pay your bills, the mortgage balance could easily increase well beyond the original loan amount. If you overpaid the payoff amount, they will send you a refund check. But most likely the payoff amount did increase because you probably failed to pay the fees or clear up the negative escrow balance.
Fourth, these guys are a subprime servicer. You end up with a servicer like that when you are an irresponsible borrower who doesn't pay their bills. So yeah, their customer service is not going to be good.
