High Tech Institute Fraud, stole my identity, false reporting to the clearing house, stole pell grants, financial aid and fraud degree Orlando Florida

Back when I registered for this school. WORK WELFARE paid for this.  I had to d a financial aid and welfare paid $3000. the course, medical billing and coding was less than that.

During school every teacher quit on us. so we had to do 50 medical terminology cue cards every day. Yes, we apparently graduated with cap and gowns. that was 2005-2006. In 2007 I started to get collection letters that I owed $3000. That I took out a loan for school and also that since I withdrew I owed money. It just didnt make sense.

Here I am with a certifcate graduation pictures, stating I owed money? I never took out a loan. Inever accepted money. This was state work welfare. Here we are in 2022 and I owe $16,000. principle, interest charges accruing. I have been fighting this for so long. I dont know what to do.
