One of the WORST investments and experiences in my 20 years as a business owner.  If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.  RUN FAST AND NEVER LOOK BACK!   I paid for their most expensive package in May.  Since may I have been using their service for 6 months to give them a fair shake.  During that time, my website went completely down for an entire month and I was never notified in the beginning, it’s something I had to point out.  It took them a month to reactiviate it.  They merged my locations on my GBP and lost 30% of my existing reviews in the process.  Once my site came up after an entire month of being down, it stayed up for 1 week before google suspended my listing.  The first three months HV did not do anything to help my site because they didn’t want to rock the boat during my busy season. Even though I am paying them over $2000 monthly.  They NEVER did a clean up of the site and my recent simrush report shows horrible backlinks pointed at my site including porn, Viagra, cialis, pills etc.  never was this removed from the get go.  I placed a review in September and rather than express their concern and emphasize their strong points, I was literally given a strong arm approach and told to remove the review!   This company will take your money without a second glance.  They have mouths to feed and someone is lining their pockets.  I have had to email and phone conference them daily/weekly and to no prevail.  I can’t be the only one this is happening to.  People need to speak up.  I’ve lost $15,000 in SEO investment with HV, and probably $500,000.00 in revenue easily.  20 years in the business, worst worst worst mistake ever.  RIPOFF, SCAM ALERT, BAMBOOZLE!!!

THIS IS STILL my worst nightmare come true.  There were days where I didn’t know if there would be a tomorrow.  My vision became very narrow and I am holding it together financially by a thread.  My whole empire is on the brink of collapse.  I placed ALL my trust into their service and I asked for the most aggressive and most effective package and I paid top dollar.  I asked repeatedly what is it going to take to get my company where I need it to be.  A lot of hot air and no delivery, and I mean absolutely NONE!

I feel sorry for anyone that gets conned into their pitch.  I truely do.  I know the reviews will continue to come in negative behind mine.  You can’t run a business on fraud, it’s going to catch up to you!!!

How is HV loading the positive reviews online?  My experience is very real and it doesnt add up. FISHY
