Stored my $123K medical laser in store warehouse and $60K cash in store safe and refuse to return it. Silent owner Kambiz Azizi is pretending to be a clerk in his own liquor store so that he can now sue me for child support and his business partners (Moradi sisters) submitted false declarations to the court that he is only their employee and Mandana Moradi provided a letter that she is his psychologist, but now claims to be his employer. These people have submitted false claims, declarations, and have stolen what does not belong to them. Beware! If any decent and honest person is willing to state the truth, please contact me.

Do you have a signed contract?

AUTHOR: Flint - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, November 19, 2023

Do you have a signed contract saying that they agreed to store these things for you? If you don't, then you no longer own them. As they say, "possession is 9/10 of the law". Absent some written documentation, the person in possession of an item is presumed to be it's owner. You would have a real uphill battle to prove it. Otherwise, it's as simple as suing them in court. Should be pretty straightforward. Of course, you might have to explain where the $60k in cash came from, and the IRS might be interested as well.
