hOmeLabs POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NY NY

After extensive research on basement humidifiers you will always see hOmeLabs among the top 10 on numerous review websites. That's where I went wrong. I believed the hype and would never give this company another penny. Take my word for it, if you want a disposable dehumidifier that will last 2 years if your lucky, then this is the company you want. I purchased my 1st dehumidifier in 2018 from Amazon, and purchased a 3 year extended warranty. Thank God, as it s**t the bed in just 2.5 years. My extended warranty helped, and I received a replacement. That one s**t the bed this May, and now I am out of luck. Two identical dehumidifiers both lasting 2.5 years each. This is just poor quality, period. I tried to reach out to hOmeLabs, but I am sure you know how that went. Bottom line... DON'T BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, this company puts out garbage. I implore you to think twice before ordering a dehumidifier from this company... Godspeed.
