They charged me $150 to create ads on Google, Bing (Microsoft) and Facebook.  Scott (407-401-8916) scheduled an online meeting to access my computer to create the ads for Google and Bing.  When I asked about FB, he said we will do those later to give a couple of weeks for these to work.  A few times while Scott was creating my ads he said "We're going to do such and such although they don't like you do that these things, he's figured a workaround.    (I can't tell you exactly what he did as I didn't understand what he was doing...hence the reason I paid him to create the ads).  

Within 20 minutes of Scott creating my ads, I got emails from both Google and Microsoft statng my account was suspended due to fraudulent activity.  I sent the images to the company and they advised to me appeal.  I did that and then both accounts were permanently suspended due to fraudulent activity.  They can't tell you what the company did because they don't want someone to create a workaround.  

After my appeals were denied, I sent an email asking for a refund and was told to "go to a friends or family members house to create the new google adwords account so it is done on a new IP address so the 2 accounts won’t merge. Or we recommend going to an Office depot, Staples or a public library."

I don't have the ability to do all of that nor the time. I paid a fee for them to set the ads up for me and would expect them to work properly not for me to have to figure more workarounds.

I have asked several times for a refund for the Google and Microsoft ads along with the FB ad that was never created and my emails continue to be ignored.  I just feel if I pay a company to create a working ad, the ad needs to be working and they should do the work to make it work or give me a refund.
