I bought a property from this guy a year ago. Failed to disclose numerous things I had to spend tens of thousands to repair. Bloodshot eyes, looked like he hadn't slept in days. I went to his broker at Coldwell Banker and expressed my concerns and the brother handled most of the transaction. I would avoid this guy like the plague if you are seeking a home in Hawaii.

I suppose YOU did not hire your own home inspector to check this place out. Since you probably never heard of it, the COMMON SENSE thing to do is to have YOUR OWN home inspector check it out.
