Many red flags from this unprofessional business. I would not choose to work with them again and discourage everyone from doing so, unless they like being ripped off.

The company (finally) paid me 3.5 cents per ball -- $210 for 6,000 balls. The market rate is typically 10 to 12 cents each, and as high as 15 per ball. They misleadingly claimed the balls werre the worst they'd ever seen. They were USED! They are supposed to look used. The buy shoudl not take advantage of the fact they have already been shipped in order to rip off the shipper. IBuyUsedGolfBalls should have paid $600 to $720. But they took advantage and complete the transaction with zero integrity, as has been published on other review sites.

Very opaque transaction. They do not answer their phone and rarely -- only after repeated inquiries or filing a BBB complaint -- do they respond to emails or texts. Weeks go by without responses and when they finally respond they are all bent out of shape because I had the temerity to ask questions about our transaction.

The female IBuyUsedGolfBalls representative is remarkable rude and unprofessional. Decency and normal communication are not within her skill set. Much of her communication includes being really unpleasant and launching bizarrely petulant personal insults.

The BBB and Their Phony Baloney Is Meaningless

AUTHOR: Irv - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, August 07, 2023

The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body. Unlike the DECEPTION they are pulling, they are NOT any type of official "bureau". The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything and has ZERO POWER to enforce any laws...PERIOD. The ONLY purpose of the BBB and their well known phony baloney is to SELL their FAKE ratings and FAKE accreditations to ANYBODY who wants to pay the price. Would you want to go to a doctor who BOUGHT a nice looking, certificate on their wall? That's what the BBB does. The only thing the BBB will do is use your complaint as a sales lead and attempt to sell these people an "A+" phony rating. When they play this game with somebody else, they will hide behind the BBB and the BBB will go along with them. Understand, I'm not saying your complaint is not valid. It sounds like an old trick to me. They will tell you how bad the balls look but tell a buyer the ball was used very little. What I am saying is the BBB is NOT your friend and the BBB con-game is NOT going to help you.
