AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I sent a piece of jewelry to the company back on 6/2/2020 and it finished authentication on 6/23/2020. I was told that I should receive payment in the mid-July batch of processing and have since only received vague excuses about the office being closed, even though they are working remotely. I still have not received my payment for the item sold, like many others that have lodged complaints here. With NY back open, there is no reason that this delayed payment has not been settled.
Even if their office wasn't open, they have still broken the contract in the terms and conditions that are mutually agreed to upon use of their services. I will be filing a complaint with the NY Attorney General as well. This is unacceptable and they are clearly taking advantage of customers during a pandemic that causes financial hardships to all.
