Joyel Puryear promised to build and design a mobile app and website. I paid him half of the project money and all he delivered were a clip art looking logo that he probably copied and screens that were not what we discussed. All of this over several months. In our contract he was supposed to complete the project in 30 days. We had several calls and he would state that he understood what I was looking for and then nothing. It turned into one excuse after another. He recently agreed to give me back my money as he hasn't done anything with my project, but keeps missing the date of payment. My recent text exhange with him was to pay me back by October 22nd, otherwise I will take legal actions. I guess I am taking legal actions. Is anyone else interested in joining so we can pay for one attorney or take him to small claims court?

Joyel took my money and has yet to provide an App or a website. He has come up with excuse after excuse. He finally promised to pay me back, but just like his developement and design that has been an empty promise. We should combine efforts to sue him or take other legal actions against him.
