Filing this report in the hopes that no one else will be further ripped off by Rachel and Brett Bergeron / Insane Power.

We were just one of a slew of victims ripped off by this automotive/engine rebuilding mechanic shop in Henderson, Nevada. Many new potential victims in the car world, newbies and veterans alike have fallen prey simply because the word hasn’t spread despite the numerous court cases ruled in victim’s favor, Bergeron has managed to evade the law and not pay back a cent. He or his associates appear to be using numerous fictitious profiles / simps to troll the car/racing scene online and funnel in new victims.

Like many other victims, we brought our vehicle in to have the engine worked on and a super charger added. Brett let the vehicle sit for months out in the Nevada summer sun without lifting a finger to work on it as he was paid tens of thousands of dollars up front.

Brett had claimed to have ordered the parts and showed stock footage of parts however the stock footage of the parts were of the incorrect parts according to other expert mechanics and ultimately nothing was done to our vehicle except sun damage and the battery no longer worked for unknown reason on a brand new 2022 vehicle.

We took Insane Power to court and won, however Bergeron has refused court orders and executions to refund us, or anyone I know, back to this day. Court records and customer complaints have put the amount of money taken Insane power at over $125,000 with no work, parts, goods, services or refunds ever given to their rightful customers.

It turns out Brett simply takes money from unsuspecting new customers/victims and never touches their vehicles (its unconfirmed if he ever buys any parts for them either), instead he funnels the money to his mistress/girlfriend. Insane Power is basically a total scam in the performance car and street racing scene.
