As someone who values personal growth and believes in the power of coaching, I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience with iPEC Coaching. The organization, which claims to empower individuals, failed to demonstrate the very principles they profess to teach.

I reached out to iPEC Coaching to request a refund, as I was dissatisfied with the program and had not received the value I anticipated. Unfortunately, the response I received from Lisa Miller, iPEC's Controller, was disheartening. Her refusal to acknowledge the validity of my concerns, coupled with a lack of empathy and understanding, left me feeling unheard and unsupported.

As a life coaching professional, I understand the importance of active listening and showing compassion towards clients. It was disheartening to witness such a stark contrast in Lisa Miller's approach. Her uncaring attitude and unwillingness to find a satisfactory resolution left me questioning whether iPEC Coaching truly practices what they preach.

In my interactions with Lisa Miller, I had hoped for a thoughtful discussion and a willingness to find a fair solution. However, her refusal to consider my perspective and her dismissal of my concerns only served to reinforce my disappointment in iPEC Coaching's customer service.

As someone who believes in the power of coaching, I expect organizations like iPEC Coaching to exemplify the values they teach. Empathy, active listening, and a commitment to customer satisfaction should be fundamental in all client interactions. Unfortunately, my experience with Lisa Miller and iPEC Coaching fell far short of these expectations.

I write this review with the hope that iPEC Coaching will take this feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement. It is my sincere desire to see the organization align their actions with the teachings they promote.

In conclusion, I caution those considering iPEC Coaching to approach with caution. While their training program may have potential, my disappointing experience with Lisa Miller and the lack of empathy displayed by iPEC Coaching's representatives is a cause for concern.

As a consumer seeking personal and professional growth, I believe it is essential to choose an organization that not only delivers on their promises but also treats their clients with respect and care.
