Iron Doors Now damaged goods, abusive correspondence, terrible customer service, harassment El Monte California

I own a design build firm in Tampa and have been working with various custom door subcontractors for over 20 years . Patrick is the most professional, schedule and quality conscious person I have encountered in this business. I highly recommend working with this company when it comes to steel and iron custom doors. All the details were handled without any problem. Thanks for a great experience!

In the end, Patrick at Iron Doors now provided us a spectacular entry system and we couldn't be happier. Our double iron door with matching transom was a true custom and iron doors not only provided all of the design support but built our door to exact specifications with perfect finishes. After much research in the midwest I wasn't able to find what I was looking for at a reasonable price!! I wanted quality and a good price. Iron Doors Now is the best of the best. From begining to end all I heard were lies. They can post whatever they'd like about how credible their business is, but that's why there's rip off report, so the consumers are educated and can see through the lies. 

The crazy part is, I was able to forgive the mistakes, but not the abuse. A real businessman aknowledges his mistakes and makes appropriate reparations. This company takes no responsibility for their problems, they will lie and cheat and go back on their word and then blame you.

Initially this was a petty issue over a few $100(I was willing to pay the difference after the repairs- I was willing to pay the same out of pocket for what is now a refurbished door (that to my dismay doubles as a chalkboard) as I initially agreed to pay- same price! No discount for me- but there was no way I would pay in addition to what I paid- I'm not paying for someone else's mistakes! And then my father died and then it got very personal.

A human being that can laugh at someone else's sorrow is not a human being. He clearly has no respect for those living or the dead for that matter. I will share his latest e-mail (after telling him that I have retained a lawyer) and just ask yourself is this someone you want to do business with?
