J Billee Spodek Realtor Douglas Elliman Roslyn Long Island N.Y. Knowingly took a listing on a million dollar Great Neck property subject to an ongoing legal dispute in Nassau Supreme Court Roslyn New York

Realtor Spodek took the listing on my childhood home in Great Neck from her old college pal (my sister & a brother) despite written advisement from my counsel explaining that the property was subject of an ongoing lawsuit. 

Billee Spodek marketer and wrote a sale on on the property despite all warnings. Just before escrow could close the Judge suspended my brothers power of attorney effectively stopping the sale. Later that same Judge oerdered the home be sold to me. I purchased it and own it still today.

My siblings and Billee Spodek attempted in my opinion to hustle me out of my dream of owning my childhood home and came within days of succeeding. This was in 2016. What is insane is that Billee Spodek's employer Douglas Elliman Co was also adminished by counsel to avoid the listing prior to listing the home and ignored all warnings. 

Billee Spodek and Douglas Elliman Co received $40,000 in commission for the  sale of a listing they knew was shakey. My sister is realtor Joy Denton at Sotheby's Beverly Hills, Ca. Two realtors. Old college pals. Home was subject of a NYS Supreme court ongoing proceeding.

Realtor and Agency warned in writing. The buyer lost their deal, I got the home. Billee Spodek and Douglas Elliman got $40,000 for this sleazy deal. What do you think?
