Sullivan represents himself as an attorney (which he is - only in in Massachusetts, unable to give realestate, financial or other legal advise other than federal tax advise), able to help navigate a charitable donations, realestate trust funds, and other financial transactions.

After taking the fees he required, Sullivan steered our charity towards an entity of his choice (at the last hour of the year, so it couldn't be refuted), not ours.  Furthermore, many of the documents were not prepared correctly, thus creating a significant legal liability for us.  

Sullivan would not return his fees, after we had another law firm review all of their product to determine it was worthless and full of liabilities and errors.  We spent thousands more in legal fees to unravel the mess Sullivan created.  Upon contacting him with legal notice, Sullivan then hired another law firm to threaten us if we exposed his scandalous tactics and product.  He refused to refund the fees for the bogus product he tried to deliver.  

Sullivan and his team are not to be trusted.  We have filed a complaint with the IRS for his deceptive methods, which is under active investigation.  Prior to working with him, we did preliminary background investigations which did not reveal any red flags.  We have since come to discover this is because Sullivan is constantly changing the name of his organization.  We have also since learned he has a list of victims.
